Bathrooms are the one room in a house that gets soaked every day, and they're usually the first room to show it when the work behind the walls was done badly. That's why we stick to bathrooms. A team that only builds showers, sets bathroom tile and runs bathroom plumbing gets very good at the details that keep water inside the shower.
Sonoma County keeps those details interesting. A 1950s ranch house in Santa Rosa has a mortar-bed tub alcove that's cracking behind the tile. A farmhouse outside Sebastopol is on well water that crusts every fixture with scale. A builder bathroom in Windsor has a fiberglass shower that flexes underfoot. And a century-old house in Petaluma has floors that haven't been level since before anyone alive was born. Each one needs its own plan before anything gets torn out.
Here's how we work, whatever the house:
- We tell you plainly what the bathroom needs, whether that's a complete bathroom remodel, a new shower or something smaller.
- Your price is in writing before the job is scheduled.
- The permit gets filed with the right department, city or county, and every inspection gets passed.
- Dust gets sealed into the work area, and the floors leading to it stay covered.
We cover the whole county, from Petaluma and Cotati in the south up through Healdsburg to Cloverdale. Got a bathroom you're tired of? Give us a call and describe it.
